Dr. Harris, I’d love to lose a few pounds for summer-do you have any snack ideas?

We looked on www.self.com and found some healthy snack ideas that sounded great. See what you think!

For a salt craving:
23 Almonds
5 olives of any kind
2 oz. turkey breast wrapped around 2 bread-and-butter pickles
1/4 cup hummus with 3 carrot sticks
1 cup unshelled edamame
1 oz buffalo mozzarella, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
2 pieces prosciutto, 4 dried figs

For a sweet tooth:
10 frozen grapes
10 strawberries rolled in confectioners’ sugar
1 candy appple with coconut shavings
1/2 cup sliced pears with marshmallow cream topping
1 vanilla-almond shake (1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup frozen yogurt and 1 drop almond extract)
2 Raspberry Newtons
