Dr. Harris, I have missing teeth-how can I fill in the space?

Well, there are a few options that you can choose from. The first one is a bridge, the second is an implant, and the third option is a partial.

An implant is the most natural looking option and will cause the least amount of damage to the surrounding teeth. For this procedure, the patient would first see a periodontist or an oral surgeon to place the implant in the bone. After it is healed and uncovered, the patient would come to our office to restore and make a crown that screws onto the implant. We would recommend this option for anterior teeth that will be most visible as it will give the most natural results.

We’ll discuss other options next time!
